From July 2 to 6, Mr. Jack Lu - Chief Representative in Vietnam of SongZ Automobile Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shanghai - China, one of the prominent automobile components and technology manufacturers in China, had a business trip to seek opportunities and expand investment. During the trip, he had a working session with the investor Bac Thang Long - Thanh Dong and directly surveyed the City Rise project in Pho Yen, Thai Nguyen . With experience in implementing more than 10 high-tech factories in Europe and East Asia, Mr. Jack Lu especially appreciated the potential for industrial - urban development in Thai Nguyen in general and Pho Yen in particular.
Immediately after the site visit, Mr. Jack Lu expressed his impression of City Rise's comprehensive master plan, including green space, scientifically divided internal traffic routes, and a closed utility system such as a conference - event center, art library, multi-purpose sports area, and 6 internal parks.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Jack Lu said that he will present a detailed assessment report on the survey results in Thai Nguyen to the group in August. If approved, SongZ Automobile Air Conditioning will prioritize setting up a representative office and long-term leasing of luxury apartments at the City Rise Pho Yen project.
