Son Dong Center project in Son Dong commune, Hoai Duc district ( Hanoi city) has a scale of 2.5 hectares including 150 townhouses, area of 65-100 m2. The project is invested by HTL Vietnam Real Estate Investment, Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, a member of Geleximco Group.

According to Nguoi Dua Tin, construction started 4 years ago, hundreds of villas and townhouses have been completed but are still abandoned, with no residents living there.

Son Dong Center project is considered to have a prime location when it is adjacent to Song Phuong extended road, Trinh Van Bo extended road, Ring Road 3.5, Ring Road 4, helping investors easily connect to key areas: My Dinh, Tu Liem, Ha Dong, Dan Phuong, Quoc Oai...
