How the national flag is pulled by helicopter in the sky of Dien Bien
Việt Nam•07/05/2024DIEN BIEN - The national flag is nearly 20 square meters wide, attached to a cable that can withstand a load of one ton, and was pulled by a helicopter to a height of about 120 meters, flying in the sky of Dien Bien on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.
