On November 28, Hanoi Police said that Thach That District Police had fined more than 5.3 million VND to two young men involved in the clip of a motorbike wheelie.
The two violators are PHH (born in 2006) and PLT (born in 2006), both living in Huu Bang commune, Thach That district.

At the police station, both admitted their violations.
The police made a record to handle the following violations: driving a two-wheeled vehicle on one wheel; not wearing a helmet; carrying a passenger on the vehicle without a helmet for motorcyclists; driving a motorbike without a rearview mirror on the left side of the driver; people from 16 to under 18 years old driving a motorbike with a cylinder capacity of 50cm3 or more.
In addition to fining the two young men, the authorities also fined H.'s father 1.4 million VND for giving the car to a minor.
