In the past 3 years when Mr. Quang managed the club, the capital team won 5 titles, including the 2022 V-League championship, the 2020 and 2022 National Cups, and the 2020 and 2022 National Super Cups. At the 2023 - 2024 AFC Champions League, Hanoi Club ranked third in the group.

Previously, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Hanoi T&T Sports Joint Stock Company approved the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoi from the Board of Directors for the 2021-2026 term, due to his resignation for personal reasons.

Hanoi T&T Sports Joint Stock Company is the parent company of Hanoi Club. The company also owns youth football training centers in Hanoi, Bac Giang and Nghe An.

Hanoi FC is having a difficult start to the 2023-2024 season, despite impressing in the AFC Champions League when they defeated champions Urawa Red Diamonds and won 6 points overall.

After winning two consecutive matches to return to the top group, Hanoi FC let second-bottom Ha Tinh hold them to a 1-1 draw at home, before losing 0-2 to bottom-placed HAGL. This is a challenging period for the capital's representative. After eight rounds, the team is in eighth place with 10 points, nine points behind the top-ranked Nam Dinh FC.

The 2-month break during FIFA Days is an opportunity for Hanoi FC to recover, aiming to return in the next stage of the season.
