(Dan Tri) - One day after causing the incident, the man who cycled and assaulted the girl on Phan Huy Ich Street, Go Vap District (HCMC), was invited to the police station for questioning.
On January 15, Go Vap District Police coordinated with Ward 12 Police to invite the man who cycled and assaulted the girl on Phan Huy Ich Street to interrogate. The victim in the incident was identified as Ms. NTLN (21 years old, residing in Tan Phu District).
Man blocks car, beats girl in the middle of the road
At around 10pm on January 13, Ms. N. was driving her motorbike on Phan Huy Ich Street, from Truong Chinh to Quang Trung. When she reached Ward 12, she saw a man driving in front of her who appeared to be drunk.
This person braked suddenly to avoid another vehicle driving into the alley, causing her to not stop in time, leading to a minor collision.
This man suddenly blocked Ms. N.’s car, then knocked it over and beat her. Only when local people intervened did he leave.
After the incident, the victim went to the police station of Ward 12 (Go Vap District) to report the incident. "The case is under investigation, the police will inform the press when there are results," a leader of the Go Vap District Police shared with Dan Tri reporter.
