Implementing the policy of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security , the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee on arranging personnel at the Party Committee level to serve the Party Congresses at all levels in the Central Public Security Party Committee and in the People's Public Security, term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, continue to reorganize the apparatus, restructure, and improve the quality of the staff to serve the merger of administrative units at all levels. The reorganization and streamlining of the apparatus this time demonstrates the exemplary and pioneering role in implementing the policies and guidelines of the Party and State of the People's Public Security in general and the An Giang Provincial Public Security in particular.

With the highest responsibility and determination to "run and line up at the same time", the Party Committee and the Board of Directors have seriously and urgently implemented synchronously the tasks and solutions to serve the work of restructuring the organization and apparatus. With the spirit of those who stay to shoulder the work of the Party and the State and those who resign also for the Party, for the State, for the People and the pioneering and exemplary responsibility of Party members, 68 comrades voluntarily resigned from service before the highest age of service in the People's Public Security. Of which, 13 were department leaders; 21 were team commanders; 20 were commune commanders and 14 were cadres).

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, Colonel Lam Phuoc Nguyen respectfully commended and acknowledged the important contributions, efforts and results of the leaders, commanders and officers and soldiers receiving the decision this time, contributing significantly to the overall achievements of the Provincial Police. Thereby emphasizing that the comrades retiring from work and enjoying the regime today are all cadres who have grown up from the grassroots, received basic training, and are leaders and commanders who have worked in many different fields. Regardless of their positions, the comrades have always maintained their political mettle, overcome difficulties and challenges, strived, and united to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.

Voluntary retirement from work not only demonstrates the bravery, responsibility, and exemplary leadership in implementing the Party's policies, but also shows the great sacrifice and dedication of comrades in the "revolution" of streamlining the apparatus of the Party, State, and industry. It is an action with strong influence and an important driving force for the Provincial Police to best complete the work of arranging and assigning cadres when implementing the new apparatus, as well as building the Personnel Project for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Provincial Police Director hopes that after receiving the decision to return to their localities, the comrades will continue to participate in the Association of Former People's Police Officers to create a close connection between retired police officers and the current generation; actively exchange, share experiences, support, and contribute ideas in performing the task of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, and building the An Giang Provincial Police force to be increasingly clean, strong, and up to the task in the new era - the era of national development.
