Phu Luong: Rate of trained workers reaches over 75%

By 2025, the rate of trained workers in the district will reach 75.04%, of which 38.41% will have diplomas and certificates. The main trained occupations include: animal husbandry, cultivation, tailoring, agricultural machinery repair, mechanics, technology, beauty, etc. Most students after vocational training are employed at companies, with stable income.

This result confirms that vocational training has helped improve knowledge and qualifications for rural workers; created jobs and increased income, contributing to sustainable socio -economic development.
