Announcement of the Ministry of National Defense's decision on personnel work in Binh Duong

TPO - Colonel Le Anh Duc - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Military Command of Binh Duong province was transferred to work at Military Region 7. Colonel Pham Van Kien, Deputy Commander of the Military Command of Binh Duong province, replaced the position of Chief of Staff of the Military Command of Binh Duong province.

On July 10, the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command announced that the unit had just organized a handover ceremony for the position of Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command.

Accordingly, implementing the decision of the Minister of National Defense , Colonel Le Anh Duc, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Binh Duong Provincial Military Command was transferred and appointed to the position of Head of Operations Department, General Staff of Military Region 7. Colonel Le Duc Anh handed over the position of Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command to Colonel Pham Van Kien, Deputy Commander of Binh Duong Provincial Military Command.

At the conference, Colonel Le Anh Duc approved the minutes of handover of the duties of Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Binh Duong Provincial Military Command to Colonel Pham Van Kien; the work completed up to now and the key tasks that need to continue to be carried out in the coming time.

Speaking at the handover conference, Colonel Nguyen Hoang Minh, Commander of the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command, congratulated Colonel Le Anh Duc and Colonel Pham Van Kien, expressing his hope that in their new positions, the officers would continue to promote a sense of responsibility, internal solidarity, and successfully carry out assigned tasks.
