Announcement of information on social housing construction investment project with designed capacity of 737 units

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on announcing information on the An Xuyen Ward Social Housing Construction Investment Project (Project).

Ca Mau province exploits land funds to invest in the complete construction of social housing projects according to approved planning.

Accordingly, the social housing construction investment project in An Xuyen ward, with an area of 1.025 hectares, is being implemented at land lot N2-4, An Xuyen ward.

The project is implemented in the form of social housing in the form of apartments, with a designed capacity of about 737 units, with a total investment capital (preliminary) of over 512 billion VND. The expected architectural scale of construction is 02 blocks of 12 floors and synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure. Land for construction of the project is 5,695m2, land for technical infrastructure is 4,555m2; expected floor area for housing construction is 55,929m2.

The expected implementation progress is about 36 months, from the date the investor is approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment policy and assigned to the investor.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to publish Project information on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the Department of Construction.
