Announcement and award of appointment decisions for Intermediate Judges and Primary Judges

TTH.VN - On May 26, the Provincial People's Court held a ceremony to announce and present the President's decision on the appointment and reappointment of intermediate and primary judges.

At the ceremony, the Provincial People's Court announced the decisions to appoint the title of Intermediate Judge for Mr. Huynh Trong Can, Hue City People's Court; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tu, Deputy Chief Justice of Hue City People's Court; Ms. Phan Thi Xuan Hue, Deputy Chief Justice of Phu Loc District People's Court; Ms. Mai Thi Mong Trinh, Deputy Chief Justice of Huong Tra Town People's Court.

Re-appointing Mr. Bui Van Thanh, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Court, as Intermediate Judge. Appointing 4 judges to the position of Primary Judge.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Van Minh, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, congratulated the newly appointed judges. At the same time, he emphasized that this is a great honor, but also places on the judges' shoulders a greater responsibility before the Party, the State and the People. Therefore, in the process of performing their duties, judges must constantly improve their morality and talent, constantly strive, cultivate and practice their moral qualities, lifestyle, and enhance their political mettle.

On behalf of the judges appointed this time, Intermediate Judge Phan Thi Xuan Hue promised to be absolutely loyal to the Fatherland, the People and the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; to obey the law, to have the courage to enforce justice and protect the right; to cultivate and train the qualities and honor of a judge; to continue to use all her capacity and responsibility together with the collective of cadres and civil servants of the unit to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
