Veo 3 is an AI tool that allows creating videos from input text or images, introduced at the global Google I/O event in May 2025. This tool is capable of combining dialogue, sound effects and image movements in a synchronized manner.
Recently, although not officially supported, many users in Vietnam have accessed Veo 3 by using VPN to change regions, and had to switch the command input language from Vietnamese to English for better AI processing.
This also led to the emergence of many video-on-demand creation services with prices starting from several hundred thousand VND per video.
Since July 3, Google has opened the Veo 3 feature on the entire Gemini system in countries that support this application, including Vietnam.
Under current policy, user-generated videos using the tool will display a watermark and be embedded with a digital identifier SynthID to distinguish AI-generated content.
Features are built directly into the Gemini app for paid users. Users can give feedback on video quality via “Like” or “Dislike” buttons.
