Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Trade Union supports Thai Nguyen province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 11

On October 10, the Trade Union of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) organized a working delegation to visit and support people in Trai Cau commune, Thai Nguyen province.

Representative of the Provincial Social Policy Bank awarded 100 million VND in support from the Vietnam Social Policy Bank Trade Union to Trai Cau commune.

Here, the working delegation presented 100 million VND to support Trai Cau commune to overcome damage after the storm.

According to preliminary statistics, the whole commune has about 200 households flooded, more than 68 hectares of rice lost, nearly 15 hectares of fruit trees and other agricultural crops affected, and many infrastructure items were severely damaged. Specifically, nearly 15 kilometers of concrete road were destroyed, 1 kilometer of National Highway 17 was eroded...

Also on this occasion, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Trade Union supported Thai Nguyen province with 300 million VND through the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, to join hands to help people overcome the consequences of natural disasters and soon stabilize their lives and production.

This activity demonstrates the spirit of mutual love, mutual assistance and social responsibility of officers and employees in the Social Policy Bank system towards the community, contributing to spreading acts of kindness when local people are in difficulty.
