Union members and employees of Mani Hanoi Company Limited participate in voluntary blood donation.

"Red drops of blood for workers and laborers in 2025" is the theme of the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival organized by the Trade Union of Mani Hanoi Company Limited at the Provincial Labor Culture House recently. With the message "each drop of blood given - a life remains", the program attracted a large number of union members and laborers to participate, creating a warm and affectionate atmosphere.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang, Vice President of the Trade Union of Mani Hanoi Co., Ltd., shared: The Blood Donation Festival is an annual activity organized by the Company's Trade Union, an opportunity for union members and employees to share and contribute to the national blood bank, helping to revive the lives of thousands of patients. Thereby, it also affirms the spirit of mutual love and responsibility to the community of the Company's workers and employees. During this year's Festival, we collected over 400 units of blood.

Previously, at You Sung Vina Co., Ltd. (Diem Thuy Industrial Park), the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) also successfully organized the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival - Red Drops for Workers and Laborers in 2025, with the message "Donating blood to save lives - A noble act". Hundreds of units of blood were received, adding faith and life chances to many patients.

Along with meaningful humanitarian activities such as Voluntary Blood Donation Day, Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor also focuses on strengthening the trade union organization and developing union members.

Specifically, in August, joining the atmosphere of celebrating major holidays, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to establish a number of grassroots unions at LIYANG Vietnam Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (Yen Binh Industrial Park), admitting 128 union members; Huayu Precision Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Yen Binh Industrial Park); admitting 55 union members...

Representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to disadvantaged workers of Bao Lam Garment Joint Stock Company in Tien Phong ward.

According to comrade Doan Manh Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union Board: The establishment of a grassroots trade union not only protects the legitimate and legal rights of workers but also creates a united and stable working environment, builds harmonious and progressive labor relations, and contributes to improving production and business efficiency at units.

Not only stopping at developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, the union organization also focuses on activities that directly and practically care for workers, in which the most prominent is the "Union Meal" program.

In August, Ms. Do Thi Hien, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation, directly visited SHINTS BVT Co., Ltd. (Thai Nguyen Branch) and HAPTECH Trading and Service Co., Ltd. Here, the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 gifts (total value of 7 million VND), supported a "Union Meal" worth 18 million VND, visited and gave gifts to the children's group of workers.

These acts not only contribute to improving material life but also strengthen the sentiment and solidarity within the working community.

In addition, leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union visited and encouraged workers and laborers and attended the "Union Meal" program at Bao Lam Garment Joint Stock Company (Tien Phong Ward), Bac Kan Industrial Garment Company Limited.

At 2 units, the Provincial Federation of Labor supported 33 million VND to increase the shift meal allowance for workers and gave 15 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances (each gift worth 700 thousand VND).

In addition to taking care of meals and daily life of workers, the Union at all levels also focuses on organizing many cultural and sports activities, creating a healthy playground, contributing to improving health and uniting workers. For example, the Union of DBG Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Yen Binh Industrial Park) recently organized the first Football Tournament in 2025, with the participation of 10 teams and 150 athletes.

The tournament is a useful playground, improving health, and at the same time an opportunity for workers and laborers to practice solidarity, enhance team spirit and create a dynamic and creative working environment. With the message "Work hard - Practice sports - Connect teammates", the football tournament has left a deep impression on the Company's employees.

Along with the above activities, the Trade Union at all levels also joins hands to share with those in especially difficult circumstances. Recently, the Trade Union of TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company supported a union member in sewing group 32, Song Cong 3 Garment Branch, who suffered from a serious illness. In just a short time, the collective of officers, employees and workers of Song Cong 3 Garment Branch raised over 50.4 million VND to support the union member's family.

Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor currently has over 500 grassroots unions, with over 140,000 union members. It can be seen that the diverse and practical activities of Thai Nguyen Federation of Labor in recent times have not only stopped at taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers but also aroused the sense of responsibility, compassion and community awareness in each worker and laborer.

Every union meal, every drop of blood donated, every gift given are beautiful imprints, contributing to enriching the tradition of solidarity and sharing, while building a civilized, friendly and creative working environment. The care and companionship of the union organization has become a great source of encouragement, adding motivation for each union member and employee to work enthusiastically, be creative and contribute.
