Hateco Long Bien Company is allowed to use 4,500m2 of land in Thach Ban ward.

Kinhtedothi - On March 28, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1813/QD-UBND on land registration and land use form in Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district for Hateco Long Bien Joint Stock Company.

The decision clearly states that Hateco Long Bien Joint Stock Company is allowed to use 4,500m2 of land in Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district because it has received the transfer of assets attached to the land from Hanoi Infrastructure Investment and Architecture Joint Stock Company - the unit that purchased the debt as collateral of Orion - Hanel Photoelectric Company Limited at the Bank as follows:

Purpose of use is commercial and service land; land use term: from the date of signing this Decision until December 31, 2029; form of land use: The State leases land and collects annual land rent; land price for calculating land rent payable is determined according to the land price list.

The location and boundaries of the land are determined on the 1/500 scale current map measured by Hanoi Land Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. in February 2025. The People's Committee of Thach Ban Ward has confirmed that the land is used stably without any disputes or complaints.

The City People's Committee assigns Hateco Long Bien Joint Stock Company and Hanoi Infrastructure Investment and Architecture Joint Stock Company to be responsible for paying land rent and non- agricultural land use tax annually from July 29, 1994 to the date of signing this Decision; financial obligations related to the transfer of assets attached to the leased land.

Hateco Long Bien Joint Stock Company is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to carry out the procedures: determining the land rental price; signing the Land Lease Contract; granting the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to the land after completing financial obligations as prescribed; paying land rent, paying non-agricultural land use tax, paying back land rent and other outstanding financial obligations as prescribed;

During the land use process, Hateco Long Bien Joint Stock Company must use the land for the right purpose, within the right boundary; strictly comply with the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, planning; ensure environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting according to regulations; and must not change the land use purpose without permission from the City People's Committee.

The change of land use purpose for investment project implementation (if any) must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law on investment, bidding, auction and other relevant laws.

Assign the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Finance, Planning and Architecture of relevant Departments and branches; Tax Department of Region I, Long Bien District People's Committee according to their specialized state management functions and tasks: guide Hateco Long Bien Joint Stock Company to fulfill the obligations of land users according to regulations.

Hanoi Land Registration Office, Long Bien District People's Committee, Thach Ban Ward People's Committee update and correct land changes, enter into cadastral records according to regulations.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
