Through in-depth practice sessions, employees are trained in AI application skills in work such as content creation, multi-modal processing, process automation, text editing, content summarization, report creation, project planning, progress monitoring, data analysis, presentation slide design, chart creation, images, video creation... and prompting techniques to optimize interactions with the AI system.

Right at the opening ceremony, the Company Director requested each unit to research and propose at least one administrative reform initiative applying AI. This is a practical activity to put AI applications into practice, contributing to innovative thinking and improving operational efficiency.

The Company's leaders also requested that units and all employees promote the spirit of innovation, proactively research and apply AI platforms to daily work, in order to improve labor productivity and work quality. This is not only an immediate requirement, but also a long-term orientation in the Company's digital transformation and innovation journey.
