Coteccons received a 'double' of awards at HR Asia Awards 2025

(Chinhphu.vn) - Coteccons (HOSE: CTD) has just been honored at HR Asia Awards 2025 with 2 prestigious awards: "Best Place to Work in Asia" and "Best Employee Care Company".

This is a recognition of the effortful journey of transforming corporate culture, when Coteccons has gradually gone beyond the framework of a typical construction company - which requires high performance - to create an ideal working environment, where people are empowered, inspired and fully developed.

Of the 655 Vietnamese companies that participated, only 119 were selected. Coteccons stood out thanks to its outstanding survey results on internal trust, flexible cooperation between departments, desire for long-term commitment and ability to share a common culture. The award was evaluated based on 3 criteria: Organizational culture, employee experience and team trust.

Human resource strategy of the three "organization" + "talent" + "culture" makes the difference

Coteccons’ success comes from consistently implementing a development strategy that focuses on three key elements: building a strong organization, developing talent, and nurturing corporate culture. Third, with the development of the next generation, in fiscal year 2025 (from July 2024 to June 2025), Coteccons recorded 47,000 training hours through internal training programs. In addition, the company also organized scholarships for children of workers at 44 construction sites and cooperated with Ho Chi Minh City National University to implement an intensive internship program, helping students prepare to enter a professional working environment.

Fourth, Coteccons ensures more than 41 million safe working hours and organizes 13,000 hours of occupational safety training. At the same time, the company implements a series of activities called "The Happy Coteccons" with the desire to connect the spirit and ensure the physical health of the staff.
