Mr. Huy asked, are you qualified to transfer to the title of Medical Technician Grade III, code V.08.07.18?

Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Health responded as follows:

On January 9, 2025, the Minister of Health issued Circular No. 02/2025/TT-BYT stipulating codes and standards for professional titles of nurses, midwives, and medical technicians. Clause 2, Article 13 stipulates that the training standards for the title of medical technician grade III are to have a university degree in medical engineering, a university degree in dental prosthetics, a university degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, biotechnology or higher.

In case an officer has a bachelor's degree in biology and a certificate of training according to the standards of the medical technician job title that meets the training requirements of the title of Medical Technician Grade III, he/she is eligible to be considered for transfer and appointment to the title of Medical Technician Grade III.
