At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Tho - Member of the National Assembly's Economic Committee informed voters about the expected content and program of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the results of the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation since the 5th Session until now.

Voters of Can Loc district proposed: The National Assembly and the Government consider a number of issues related to agricultural and rural development policies such as: soon having a program and policy to stabilize prices in production and livestock breeding; considering rebalancing the percentage of irrigation fee support; adjusting electricity prices for cooperatives; issues of investing in infrastructure of canals and intra-field roads to serve production; supporting mechanization of the agricultural sector; mechanisms and policies to support funding in land conversion to promote agricultural production, support the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

Can Loc voters also proposed that the National Assembly and the Government have a roadmap and implement appropriate salary reforms, towards improving the lives of officials, civil servants, and public employees; increase allowances for part-time commune-level officials, village officials, and militia; and soon adjust and amend the land law, avoiding legal loopholes in land leasing and land allocation to businesses for project implementation.
