Announcement of selection of short-term land lease subjects for land plots at planning block D1/CC and D1/NT2, Phuc Loi ward

Accordingly, the Management Board of Infrastructure Investment Project of Phuc Loi Ward implements short-term leasing of land at planning block D1/CC and D1/NT2, Phuc Loi Ward: Area: 6,175.2 ^m2 ; Current status and constructions on land: Vacant land, not in use, no constructions on land.

Lease purpose: Product display house combined with transportation warehouse according to Document No. 714/UBND-QLDAĐTHT dated October 16, 2025 of Phuc Loi Ward People's Committee. Expected lease term: maximum 05 years. Starting price for land lease: VND 529,340/ ^m2 /year.

Conditions for subjects registering to participate in land lease

For individuals: Age from 18 years old or older, have full civil act capacity according to the provisions of law, have permanent residence in Vietnam;

For organizations: Must have a Business Registration Certificate with a business line suitable for the rental purpose issued by a competent state agency.

Conditions for signing a short-term land lease contract after being selected to lease

1. Deposit not less than 20% of the total land rental value according to the proposed unit price.

2. The unit selected to lease the land must not build permanent structures and must commit to voluntarily demolish the structures when notified by the Land Fund Development Organization of the termination of the contract, without compensation for land, assets and investment costs on the land. The person selected to lease the land must pay a deposit for the responsibility of demolishing the structures.

3. The contract will show the content of adjusting the rental price to increase by 5% every 24 months when the Land Fund Development Organization signs a short-term land lease contract with the selected lessee.

Registration procedure

Within 30 days from the date of public announcement, organizations and individuals in need must come and submit their application to the Phuc Loi Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board: 2nd Floor - Headquarters of the Phuc Loi Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board, No. 74 Tan Thuy Street, Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi City. Phone number of the officer in charge: 0975591411, including the Application for short-term land lease and the Information Registration Form for participation in short-term land lease ( according to form No. 02, form No. 03) .

Within 05 working days from the date of expiration of the public announcement of information, the Management Board of Phuc Loi Ward Infrastructure Investment Project shall notify the selected lessee (the unit with the land lease application and the highest rental price proposal) to agree on the conditions and content to sign the contract. After 03 written or telephone notifications to the selected lessee, if the selected lessee does not contact the Management Board of Phuc Loi Ward Infrastructure Investment Project to agree on the conditions and content to sign the contract or the selected lessee does not agree with the conditions and content of the contract, the Management Board of Phuc Loi Ward Infrastructure Investment Project shall make a public announcement to select another lessee.

The Management Board of Phuc Loi Ward Infrastructure Investment Project informs organizations and individuals to register to participate in proposing rental prices.
