Emulation Cluster No. 7 of Border Guard: Summary of emulation work, rewards and emulation movement to win

On October 9, at the Border Guard Training Center, Emulation Group No. 7 of the Border Guard held a conference to summarize the emulation and reward work and the emulation movement to win in 2023. Attending the conference were comrades: Major General Hoang Huu Chien, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Border Guard; Major General Van Ngoc Que, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Border Guard.

Emulation Cluster No. 7 of the Border Guard has 4 units including: Border Guard Academy, Border Guard College, Border Guard Intermediate School 24 and Border Guard Training Center.

The emulation, reward and emulation movement to win in 2023 of the units and schools in the cluster have closely followed the emulation theme, guidance and direction of the superiors; concretized in the leadership resolutions of the Party Committee, the commander's plan, strictly organized and implemented the emulation contents associated with the peak emulation periods, raids... in many diverse and rich forms and methods, with breakthroughs, achieving efficiency and practicality.

The quality of training andeducation in schools and units is maintained; scientific research is given special attention; many topics and initiatives at the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army are accepted, evaluated as excellent, and effectively applied in practice; the construction regime and regularity are maintained regularly and effectively; extraordinary tasks are well completed.

Material and spiritual life is guaranteed; cadres, students and soldiers are mentally secure, love the industry and profession, are ready to receive and complete well the assigned tasks in each working position.

Discussing at the conference, delegates frankly pointed out limitations and shortcomings, exchanged practical experiences in the process of leading, directing, organizing and implementing emulation and reward work and the emulation movement to win in 2023; identified key directions and tasks in 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Hoang Huu Chien, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Border Guard acknowledged and commended the results and achievements of the units in Emulation Cluster No. 7 in 2023.

In particular, the units have completed the required training, education and recruitment targets according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of National Defense ; regularly and promptly adjusted and supplemented training and education programs to be suitable and close to the practical situation; education and training work has been constantly improved, effectively applying information technology to teaching and training. In particular, the units in Emulation Cluster No. 7 have successfully completed the extraordinary tasks assigned by the Party Committee and the Border Guard Command.

Major General Hoang Huu Chien and Major General Van Ngoc Que presented flowers to congratulate the Border Guard Training Center on completing the task of the Cluster Leader unit in 2023.

Major General Hoang Huu Chien requested that units in the cluster soon overcome the limitations that have been pointed out; focus on promoting propaganda and education work, attach importance to emulation and reward work and make this work substantial, in-depth, effective and practical.

Building an increasingly effective emulation movement to win, receiving active response from cadres and soldiers with many exciting and meaningful activities; regularly paying attention to the work of praising and rewarding good people, good deeds, good models, creative ways of doing things and building advanced examples in units...

Major General Hoang Huu Chien requested units to actively, proactively, and regularly study and monitor the practical situation on the border lines, thereby leading and directing the revision and supplementation of training and education programs in line with the key political tasks of the force, effectively contributing to the management and protection of national border security, the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.

At the conference, the Border Guard College and Border Guard Intermediate School 24 were proposed by Emulation Group No. 7 to the Ministry of National Defense and the Border Guard Command to award the Emulation Flag in 2023.
