High-level meeting between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party

NDO - On September 11, in Hanoi, a high-level meeting between leaders of the Communist Party of Vietnam and leaders of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party took place, co-chaired by General Secretary and President To Lam and General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith.
