On the morning of April 20, the High People's Court in Hanoi opened an appeal hearing to consider the appeal of defendant Phung Anh Le (56 years old, former Colonel, former Chief of Police of Tay Ho District, Hanoi) related to the case of illegal release that occurred in 2016.
