Saving a child having a seizure on the highway

Upon receiving a request for assistance, officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department, in coordination with reinforcements from the Mobile Police Command, promptly deployed a support plan, using special vehicles to quickly escort and take the child who had a seizure on the highway to Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi) for timely emergency treatment.

At about 9:14 a.m. on June 30, while patrolling and controlling the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, the working group of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 2, Department of Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control, Traffic Police Department (C08) led by Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Thai received a distress signal from a passenger car with license plate 15B-041.23.

On the bus, a child named LMK (born in 2018) traveling with his mother NTBT (born in 1985, residing in Chien Thang, An Lao, Hai Phong ) showed signs of cyanosis, convulsions, and unconsciousness, requiring emergency care.

Immediately, the C08 Working Group coordinated with 2 officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Command to support the Traffic Police Department (C08) in performing the task of patrolling, controlling, ensuring security, order and handling violations of traffic safety and order on the highways in 2025. They immediately deployed a support plan, used a special Traffic Police vehicle, turned on the siren and priority lights, and quickly took the child to Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi) for emergency treatment in the shortest time.

Thanks to timely emergency care, MK is currently in stable health and is continuing to be monitored at the hospital.
