On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the National Achievements Exhibition with the theme “80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” will officially take place from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center (Truong Sa Street, Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi ).

This is a national political , cultural and social event, and is also an attractive destination during this year's National Day holiday.

In order to attract a large number of visitors, especially domestic and international tourists, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has issued a document requesting travel businesses to proactively develop, introduce and offer tour products to visit the Exhibition.

According to Deputy Director Ha Van Sieu, this is an opportunity for the tourism industry to connect with major cultural events, thereby promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam through a unique tourism product imbued with history and culture.

The exhibition is open to the public from 9am to 10pm every day, introducing the country's outstanding achievements in many fields of industry, technology, agriculture, national defense-security, health, education, culture, sports, tourism, foreign affairs... The highlight is the cultural space introducing the 4,000-year historical tradition, the identity of 54 ethnic groups, the richness of resources, products of the three regions and outstanding architectural works of the past and present across the country.

Not only an exhibition, the Exhibition also integrates many traditional art performances, film screenings, conferences, seminars, exchanges with artists, prominent figures in various fields and thematic seminars such as: "Application of artificial intelligence in the digital age", "Digital culture and digital transformation in the gaming industry"...

On the sidelines of the Exhibition, art troupes from Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Da Nang... will perform for the audience on the outdoor stage, creating a lively space and diverse experiences for visitors.

Before the opening of the Exhibition, two notable events including the music show “Wonder Co Loa” (August 23) and the “That’s my Vietnam” race (August 24) are also being exploited by travel companies into tours combining outdoor sports and culture.

To better serve the travel needs of residents and tourists, the Hanoi Public Transport Management and Operation Center said it will add 20 more bus routes from all directions to the Exhibition Center, including the route from Noi Bai Airport.

In addition to the two existing fixed routes (No. 43 and E10), there will be 18 additional routes with about 70 vehicles, nearly 900 trips/day. The vehicles will have a sub-sign “Vietnam Exhibition Center” for easy identification.

With the participation of the entire tourism, transportation, culture and media sectors, tours to the Exhibition celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day promise to become a highlight during the September 2 holiday, contributing to spreading the spirit of national pride, while enriching tourism products with profound cultural and historical values./.
