Da Nang invests more than 1,570 billion VND to build Hoa Xuan bridge traffic cluster

The Hoa Xuan Bridge traffic intersection cluster investment project was divided by Da Nang city into two component projects, with a total cost of more than 1,570 billion VND.

Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee, Mr. Le Trung Chinh has just signed to approve the investment policy of the Project to Improve the traffic intersection of Le Thanh Nghi - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Thang Long - the road leading to Hoa Xuan bridge (Hoa Cuong ward and Hoa Xuan ward).

According to this decision, the total investment of the entire project is more than 1,571 billion VND from the Da Nang City budget; in 2025, 1.8 billion VND will be allocated to prepare for investment.

Da Nang City divided the Hoa Xuan Bridge Intersection Project into two component projects. Component project 1 has a total investment of more than 129 billion VND, to implement compensation, support, resettlement and site clearance for the Hoa Xuan Bridge Intersection. The investor is the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center.

Component 2 project invests in building technical infrastructure to improve the traffic intersection of Le Thanh Nghi - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Thang Long - the road leading to Hoa Xuan bridge with a total investment of more than 1,441 billion VND, the implementation period of component 2 project is from 2025 - 2029.

Component project 2 is invested by the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Transport and Agricultural Works in Da Nang.

The investment objective of the project is to complete the traffic infrastructure network; resolve traffic congestion, increase traffic capacity and safety at intersections; complete traffic items, water supply and drainage, lighting, communications and related technical infrastructure,

Regarding the content and scale of investment, the Hoa Xuan bridge will retain the current bridge, expand one more lane, and add architectural plans. The Hoa Cuong intersection will arrange a tunnel and a service road. The Hoa Xuan intersection will invest in the riverside road and reorganize traffic...
