
On the afternoon of April 21, the People's Committee of Nam Giang district held the opening ceremony of a night market of agricultural products and traditional cuisine of the highland people; displaying 25 booths of 12 communes, towns, businesses and business households in the district.
This is the third night market organized to enhance trade and tourism promotion activities; introduce and promote OCOP products and typical agricultural products and goods of Nam Giang.

Through the night market, the locality hopes to create a unique highland cultural space with agricultural product trading activities associated with traditional cuisine, giving tourists and locals the opportunity to experience and enjoy the attractive rustic dishes of the local community.
Mr. Chau Van Ngo - Vice Chairman of Nam Giang District People's Committee said that the night market is considered a special culinary program to introduce and promote cultural products and typical cuisine of the ethnic minority community of Nam Giang district to tourists inside and outside the district. Thereby, contributing to maintaining and promoting the traditional cultural identity of ethnic minorities to tourists near and far.

Nam Giang night market with many agricultural products and traditional cuisine of the Co Tu, Ve, Ta Rieng people such as bamboo rice, buffalo croissant, grilled meat, smoked pork, Ta Vac wine, cassava leaf salad, rice wine... for people to visit and shop.
