The 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Lao Cai Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025-2030

On the afternoon of August 14, the 1st Congress of Party Committees of Lao Cai Province for the 2025-2030 term was held. 250 delegates representing nearly 1,600 party members from 12 party cells and grassroots party committees attended.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, assessed that despite many changes in organization, the Party Committee still maintained its political stance, solidarity, innovation, and fulfilled its tasks well; improved its leadership capacity, strictly inspected and supervised; and organizations innovated their activities, contributing to the completion of political tasks.

After the merger, Lao Cai province has opened up new space and motivation for Lao Cai to develop strongly. Therefore, the Party Committee needs to proactively do a good job of advising the Provincial Party Committee, constantly innovate leadership methods, improve the leadership and governing capacity of the Provincial Party Committee, meet the requirements of the tasks in the new development era, and contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The People's Council must always affirm that it is the local State power agency, representing the will, aspirations and mastery of the people. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations continue to promote their core political role, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, consensus in the whole society, create community cohesion, gather and mobilize the strength of the whole people.
