The Congress passed a Resolution approving the contents of the assessment of the implementation results of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term stated in the Political Report submitted to the Congress.
The Congress unanimously determined the general goals for the coming term as: Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system, streamlining the apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently; ensuring national defense and security; promoting the tradition of solidarity, breakthroughs in rapid, unique and sustainable development; building a synchronous and modern infrastructure; developing high-quality human resources; comprehensively improving people's lives, building Thai Nguyen province into a modern industrial center with high average income before 2030, striving to become a developed province with high income before 2045.

In his closing speech, comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed: The Congress discussed democratically, responsibly and unanimously through important documents: Political Report, Report on reviewing the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and at the same time contributed many enthusiastic opinions to the draft Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Congress. The Congress also approved the Report synthesizing the opinions contributed by the Provincial Party Committee to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the success of the Congress is not only an important political milestone but also opens a period of future creation. With a stable political and social foundation, increasingly complete industrial and urban infrastructure, an attractive investment environment, high-quality human resources and the tradition of solidarity, innovation and creativity of the people of all ethnic groups in the province, Thai Nguyen has all the conditions to realize its development aspirations in the coming term.

The Provincial Party Secretary called on the entire Party Committee, the entire people, the entire army and the entire political system of the province to promote to the highest level the spirit of patriotism, the will to be self-reliant, the aspiration to rise up; determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress. Immediately after the Congress, each Party Committee, Party organization, each cadre, Party member and each citizen needs to urgently grasp and widely propagate the Resolution and the Action Program to implement the Resolution; promptly bring the Resolution into life with specific and practical actions, creating clear and synchronous changes in all fields...
