The Congress of Delegates of Bien Bach Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 was a great success.

On August 14 and 15, 2025, Bien Bach Commune Party Committee solemnly held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Phan Hoang Vu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades representing the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party building committees, provincial departments and branches, and 130 official delegates representing 922 party members in the entire Party Committee.

The political report presented at the Congress clearly showed that in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people in the commune have promoted the revolutionary tradition, solidarity, initiative, creativity, and strived to achieve important and comprehensive results in all fields. The economy has developed quite well, with average income per capita reaching 66 million VND/person/year; many resources have been mobilized to invest in upgrading transport and education infrastructure;   Culture and society have positive changes; Social security is taken care of, the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved; Incidents occurring in the area are resolved promptly, National defense and security are ensured; Party building and the political system are strengthened, the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and the political system are enhanced; solidarity and unity within the Party and among the people are maintained; the people's trust in the Party and the government is consolidated and enhanced. This is an important premise for Bien Bach commune to develop better in the new term.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Development", the 1st Congress of Bien Bach Commune Party Committee clearly defined the direction for the 2025-2030 term as follows: Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; effectively promoting potentials, advantages, cultural traditions, history, people, and the strength of great national unity; developing the economy rapidly and sustainably on the basis of promoting high-yield rice-shrimp production areas, creating breakthroughs in agricultural development and expanding tourism services; mobilizing and effectively using resources to invest in upgrading the synchronous socio-economic infrastructure system; promoting digital transformation associated with building digital government, digital economy, digital society; improving the quality of cultural and social activities; doing a good job of protecting the environment, using resources effectively and economically, proactively responding to natural disasters and epidemics; Maintain political stability, ensure national defense - security, order, social safety, strive to be a fairly developed commune by 2020.

 

Comrade Phan Hoang Vu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged, commended and congratulated the results that the Party Committee, government and people of Bien Bach, Tan Bang and Bien Bach Dong communes in the past (now Bien Bach commune) have achieved in the past term. He suggested that in the new term, the Party Committee, the government and the people in the commune continue to promote the achievements, focus on leadership, direction, and promote the potentials and advantages of the locality, especially the high-yield rice-shrimp production area to bring about the highest efficiency. He suggested that the commune urgently stabilize the organization, promote the spirit of solidarity, focus on leadership and direction to implement the proposed political tasks, and focus on key tasks with the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products, specific results, clear deadlines, clear roadmaps"... Strengthen the application of information technology, carry out digital transformation in leadership, direction and operation of work, serve people and businesses with the highest responsibility, strengthen the assurance of national defense and security, maintain social order and safety to serve the development, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress, build the homeland of Bien Bach increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

At the Congress, delegates heard the announcement of the Provincial Party Standing Committee's Decision on the appointment of members of the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and the appointment of delegates to attend the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Tran Van Doan , was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Bien Bach Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
