The 1st Congress of Delegates of the Farmers' Association of Nam Thai Ninh Commune, term 2025

During the past term, the Farmers' Association of Nam Thai Ninh commune has continuously innovated its content and methods of operation according to the motto of focusing on the grassroots. The Association has nearly 1,700 member households achieving the title of good production and business, an increase of 7% compared to the previous term. Every year, the Association coordinates the supply of 8-10 tons of fertilizer in the form of deferred payment; organizes 30-35 training courses on science and technology transfer to help members access new technology, improve production methods, increase productivity and income. The Association introduces 4 outstanding members to the Party grassroots organization for consideration and admission to the Party; builds 12 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, focusing on propaganda and mobilizing members not to abandon fallow fields, actively accumulate land to develop commodity production. Currently, the Association guarantees loans with banks for 576 members with a total outstanding debt of more than 49.8 billion VND to develop production and business.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Farmers' Association strives for more than 60% of members to register as good producers and traders and more than 50% of registered member households to achieve the title of "Good producer and trader farmer household" at all levels; admit 150 - 160 members; establish and maintain 1 - 2 new cooperatives, association groups, and cooperatives; the farmer support fund grows by 10% or more each year.

At the Congress, the decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Nam Thai Ninh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term were announced; and delegates were appointed to attend the congress at a higher level.
