The 1st Congress of the Fatherland Front of Ha Giang 2 Ward, term 2025-2030

On the morning of October 15, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward organized the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates of the Ward, term 2025-2030. Attending were comrade Vang Seo Con, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward.

During the past term, the Fatherland Front of Ha Giang 2 Ward and its member organizations have focused on innovating the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots. The effectiveness of propaganda, mobilization, and gathering of people of all walks of life has been improved. The spirit of self-management and creativity of the people has been promoted. In addition, the activities of supervision, social criticism, and giving suggestions for Party and government building have been closely, substantially, and effectively implemented by the Fatherland Front of the Ward. Emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front have been organized effectively, contributing positively to the implementation of local political tasks.

Some outstanding results achieved are: In the past 5 years, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations have mobilized socialization to carry out urban beautification work worth 280 billion VND; socialized the construction of new rural areas worth 200 billion VND; launched the construction of more than 28 km of concrete roads; mobilized people to donate nearly 60,000 m2 of land; mobilized people to contribute over 3 billion VND to the Fund for the Poor; supported the construction of 40 Great Unity houses. Up to now, the average income per capita of the whole ward has reached 100 million VND/person/year; the rate of cultural households annually reaches over 98%, the rate of cultural residential groups reaches over 97%.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Giang Ward 2, term 2025-2030, was introduced to the Congress.

With the motto "Solidarity, democracy, innovation, creativity, development", for the 2025-2030 term, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ha Giang 2 Ward sets out 6 key programs and 14 main targets. Therein, focusing on promoting propaganda work, gathering people from all walks of life, strengthening social consensus, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; improving the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, practicing democracy, actively participating in building the Party, the State and the political system. Encouraging people from all walks of life to actively compete, innovate, create, participate in economic and social development, build and protect the Fatherland.
