The Central Party Office paid tribute in Binh Thanh commune

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Party Central Office and the Party Committee Office (October 18, 1930 - October 18, 2025), on October 17, the Party Central Office coordinated with the Party Committee of Binh Thanh commune to organize a meeting program to show gratitude to policy families, meritorious people and give support to the locality.

Attending the program were Comrade Dang Khanh Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office; Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen ; representatives from departments, divisions, and units under the Central Party Office; provincial departments and agencies; and leaders of Binh Thanh commune.

The delegation laid wreaths at the National Historical Monument of the Central Party Office, where the agency's headquarters were located from May 1947 to August 1948 (in Quang Nap commune, now Binh Thanh commune). Next, the delegation presented gifts to families entitled to preferential policies and those who have rendered meritorious services in the commune, and donated 50 million VND to the Binh Thanh Commune Education Promotion Fund.

Comrade Dang Khanh Toan affirmed: The "Returning to the Source" activity is an opportunity to recall the glorious traditions, express gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations; and at the same time express deep gratitude to the people of Binh Thanh commune and the ATK region for sheltering, assisting, and protecting the cadres of the Central Party Office during the resistance war.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Pham Thi May, who has two sons who were martyrs. On behalf of the leaders of the Central Party Office, Comrade Dang Khanh Toan expressed gratitude and wished the mother good health and happiness with her children and grandchildren; at the same time, he requested the local Party committee and government to regularly pay attention to and care for the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiary families and meritorious people in the area.

Working with the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Binh Thanh commune, the delegation acknowledged the local efforts in Party building and socio-economic development, especially after more than three months of implementing the two-tiered local government model. The delegation also received feedback from the commune on completing the traditional exhibition room, restoring the working bunker of the Central Party Office during the 1947-1948 period, and supplementing the content of the historical monument.

Comrade Dang Khanh Toan instructed the specialized agencies of the Central Party Office to research and propose implementation plans for the coming period.
