The 1st Congress of Tuy Hoa Ward Women's Delegates, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 10, the Tuy Hoa Ward Women's Union held the 1st Women's Congress of the ward, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the congress were comrades: Dao Bao Minh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tuy Hoa Ward People's Council; Kim Thoa Adrong, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union and 130 official delegates.

During the past term, the women's movement and activities of the Tuy Hoa Ward Women's Union have affirmed their important role in women's work and gender equality, actively contributing to the local socio -economic development.

Promoting the fine traditions of Vietnamese women, women of all classes in the ward enthusiastically participate in patriotic emulation movements, actively study, work creatively, and practice the qualities of "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, and responsibility". The level, capacity, role and position of women in the area in the family and society are increasingly improved, clearly demonstrated in the industrialization and modernization of the country.

The union's staff is united, responsible, enthusiastic and dedicated to the women's movement; together with the consensus and active response of the members, it has created collective strength, making an important contribution to the overall development of the women's movement in the whole ward.

The association has helped 126 poor women, 537 near-poor women, and 46 households escape poverty. The entire ward has 9,865/12,197 members, women who meet 8 criteria of 5 no 3 clean family, rate 80%.

Annual classification results: 100% of branches complete their tasks well and excellently, the Ward Women's Union is annually classified as completing its tasks well...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Tuy Hoa Ward Women's Union continues to promote the tradition of solidarity, creativity, will and aspiration for development; uphold the spirit of mastery, build a strong organization; affirm the position of the organization for the goal of gender equality, progress and happiness of women, contributing to building Tuy Hoa Ward increasingly civilized and modern.

The new Executive Committee was introduced to the congress.

The Association focuses on implementing 2 emulation movements, 1 campaign and 2 breakthroughs. Specifically, the emulation movement "Building Dak Lak women of the new era", associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and the movement "Digital literacy"; the campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean".

Two breakthroughs: comprehensive digital transformation in association organizations, accompanying women to improve digital capacity and promoting women to start businesses, innovate, and enrich themselves legitimately.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Tuy Hoa Ward Women's Union, Term I, consisting of 49 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Triem was appointed to hold the position of President of the Tuy Hoa Ward Women's Union, term 2025 - 2030.
