The Women's Union of Hoa Tri commune was established on the basis of merging the Women's Unions of the three communes of Ninh Thuong, Ninh Than, and Ninh Trung. During the past term, the Women's Union of Hoa Tri commune has innovated its content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots level, taking the practical needs of its members as the center of its activities. Emulation movements and campaigns such as: "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", "Build families of 5 no's, 3 clean" associated with the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" have been deployed synchronously, achieving many positive results, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous rural appearance.
In addition, the association also pays attention to and promotes the work of supporting women in economic development and starting a business. Implementing Project 939 "Supporting women to start a business", the association has coordinated to open 8 training courses on economic management skills and business start-up. At the same time, it actively supports women in accessing capital for economic development through the trust channels of the Social Policy Bank and the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. Up to now, the total outstanding loan balance entrusted through the association has reached more than 65 billion VND, helping 1,762 women's households borrow capital. The models "Women help each other to develop the economy" and "Giving livelihoods to poor women" have been effectively maintained, helping many women to escape poverty sustainably. Humanitarian, charitable and gratitude activities are also regularly deployed by the association, contributing to spreading the spirit of "mutual love" in the community.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Hoa Tri commune continues to innovate its content and methods of operation in a flexible, creative, and grassroots direction; build a strong union organization, a team of brave, dedicated cadres, and adaptable to new requirements. The union aims to help at least 25 women's households escape poverty, train 50 women in entrepreneurship, mobilize 1 female business household to transform into an enterprise; 100% of the union branches implement the movement "Family of 5 no, 3 clean". At the same time, promote digital transformation, improve the capacity of members, strive for 100% of union cadres to meet standards, and proficiently use digital technology to serve their work.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Member, and Head of the Inspection Committee of the Hoa Tri Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Ha - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairman of the Hoa Tri Commune Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Hoa Tri Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
