The congress discussed and unanimously approved the congress resolution, with the main targets for the 2025-2030 term, including: Striving for the Party Committee to successfully complete its tasks every year, with at least 75% of its subordinate Party cells completing their tasks well or better, including 1 Party cell completing its tasks excellently; 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers completing their assigned tasks well or better; 100% of Party members completing their tasks well or better, including at least 20% of Party members completing their tasks excellently; 100% of Party members registering to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style...
