During the past term, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the hospital have led and directed to achieve many positive results, completing and exceeding 19/22 targets of the resolution. Over 2.4 million medical examinations were received, an average increase of 6.06%/year, the number of outpatient transfers was over 26,000 cases, a rate of 1.1%/year; inpatients received over 370,000 visits, an average increase of 5.8%/year, the number of inpatient transfers was over 13,000 cases, an average rate of 3.5%/year, an increase compared to the resolution target. The planned bed utilization rate increased by 27%/year. The implementation of the assigned techniques was from 60 - 70%.

The hospital has received and transferred many new, modern, quality techniques according to Project 1816, from Cho Ray Hospital, Thong Nhat Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital... directly to over 5,000 doctors, nurses, technicians, contributing to improving professional qualifications to serve the medical examination needs of the people. Along with that, strengthening scientific research, international cooperation, improving the quality of patient treatment. The average hospital quality score has increased gradually over the years from 4.2 and above. Party building, leadership and direction work have become routine. In 2021, it was the first hospital in the province to be recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a Grade I hospital. The criteria "Green - clean - beautiful hospital, criteria on landscape, environmental sanitation, medical waste management" were classified as excellent.

The Congress set out the tasks for the 2025-2030 term, developing expertise associated with improving the quality of treatment, considering patients as the center to improve the quality of hospitals. Building a clean, strong, streamlined, effective and efficient Party; building a team of Party members and civil servants with adequate professional qualifications and capacity, equal to the task. Improving the leadership capacity of Party committees and the management efficiency of the government. Improving the professional qualifications of doctors and medical staff associated with investing in modern medical equipment combined with the rational and effective use of drugs to improve quality.

Continue to maintain the first-class hospital; complete the construction and put into use the second inpatient block; the average hospital quality score is 4.2 or higher; the number of outpatient visits increases by 5-10%/year; the number of inpatient visits increases by 5%-10%/year. Develop 34 party members/term. Every year, the Party Committee is classified as having completed its tasks well or better; over 95% of party members have completed their tasks well.
