Phu Tan Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On August 21 and 22, the Phu Tan Commune Party Committee (An Giang Province) held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Le Thanh Viet attended and directed the congress.

The Congress discussed and agreed on development goals, emphasizing three strategic breakthroughs: Promoting the application of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; mobilizing investment resources, synchronously upgrading transport infrastructure; promoting investment calls for economic development, completing industrial infrastructure and exploiting the advantages of waterways, creating a solid foundation for Phu Tan's socio-economic development.

Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province Le Thanh Viet gave a speech directing the congress.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Le Thanh Viet requested the Phu Tan Commune Party Committee to continue promoting internal strength, seizing opportunities, drastically implementing breakthroughs, and bringing the congress resolution into life soon.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint 33 comrades to the Commune Party Executive Committee, with 11 comrades in the Standing Committee. Comrade Le Nguyen Chau was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Phu Tan Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
