Dai-ichi Life Vietnam pays 5 billion VND in insurance to customers in Bac Ninh

Customer NTT participated in the An Tam Song Hanh product and the Premium Accident supplement product of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam on October 24, 2022 and the insured person is Ms. T.'s son, NTD, born in 2006.

Immediately upon receiving the news that D. unfortunately passed away due to drowning, with the service spirit of "Customer is above all", the representative of the Management level of Dai-ichi Life Insurance Vietnam General Agency Office in Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province visited, encouraged and guided the family of customer NTT to complete the procedures according to regulations so that the company can quickly pay insurance benefits.

Nothing can make up for this loss, but we hope that paying insurance benefits will ease the pain and help the family have a stable financial source for future plans.

On this occasion, I would also like to express my deep gratitude to more than 4.5 million customers and their families who have entrusted us with the responsibility of financial protection and health care for themselves and their families, and have "long-term commitment" to Dai-ichi Life Vietnam over the past time .

Touched by the care and prompt support from Dai-ichi Life Vietnam, customer NTT shared: “ When participating in life insurance, my family only thought that it would be an accumulation to take care of the future of our two children.

But unexpectedly, my eldest son, D., passed away so suddenly, at the age of only 17, leaving his parents and younger brother with great pain.

But now, the insurance benefit payment from Dai-ichi Life Vietnam has helped my family move forward to take care of our lives, raise my younger brother D. to become a useful person for society in the future, and further strengthen our belief in the good human values of life insurance ."

Previously, on May 14 and 19, 2023, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam also held a ceremony to pay insurance benefits to the family of customer NQH, Thai Binh province with the amount of VND 2 billion 224 million and the family of customer TVC, Nghe An province with the amount of VND 1 billion 38 million.

Always committed to bringing customers superior benefits and practical values, in 2022, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam paid insurance benefits of over VND 3,000 billion for more than 190,000 cases, bringing the total amount of insurance benefits paid to over VND 15,000 billion for 1.4 million cases in the past 15 years.

It is known that in 2022, the total amount of insurance benefits paid by the entire life insurance industry is estimated to reach 40,600 billion VND, an increase of 25.1% compared to 2021.
