Following the successful performance on July 17, within the framework of cultural activities celebrating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, on July 18, at the Moscow Folk Arts Center in the capital of Russia, Le Ngoc Stage continued to present a cultural exchange and art performance program called "The epic of Vietnam-Russia friendship."
The program is introduced by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture of Russia, with the support of the Embassy of Vietnam in Russia, the Russian Federal Agency for Culture (Rosconcert) - a unit of the Russian Ministry of Culture.
“The Vietnam-Russia Friendship Epic” has more than 10 art performances elaborately staged, consistent with the spirit of an epic, with chapters of music , poetry, and choreography, including dance, singing (in Vietnamese and Russian), Ao Dai performance, and performances of Xam, Cheo, Ngu Bien… performed by famous Vietnamese artists such as People's Artist Le Ngoc, People's Artist Trinh Thuy Mui, Meritorious Artists Nguyen Thi Hai Yen, Hoang Tung, and the collective of artists of Le Ngoc stage.
A large audience, Vietnamese community in Russia, and Russian friends came to watch and enjoy the special art program of Vietnam. The audience attentively followed the performances, cheered and applauded the artists enthusiastically.
Artist Anh Dao - a performer in the art program "Russia-Vietnam Friendship Epic" was moved to see that the Russian people and audience were very close, friendly and affectionate, especially welcoming the Le Ngoc theater troupe.
Artist Anh Dao expressed her hope that there will be more tours in Russia, as well as more meaningful art performances like this to connect the cultures, traditions and two countries together.
Meanwhile, journalist of Sputnik news agency (Russia) Ekateria Makarova said she was very interested in cultural events between the two countries and was very excited to watch the art performances, especially proud to hear Vietnamese artists sing Russian songs.
Journalist Ekateria assessed that after the visit of General Secretary To Lam and his wife Ngo Phuong Ly to Russia, the series of cultural activities will be even more abundant, and at the same time hoped that the two sides will organize more activities like this.

Attending and delivering a welcoming speech, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Dang Minh Khoi said the program is an important cultural diplomacy activity, contributing to promoting the image, traditions and culture of Vietnam to Russian and international friends.
The Ambassador added that in the coming time, there will be many other cultural exchange and promotion activities between the two countries, especially the first Vietnam Cultural Festival event that will take place at Manezhnaya Square in the center of Moscow, organized by the Moscow city government in coordination with the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia.
