Authorities are handling the case of a teacher entering a motel to drink alcohol with students from another school.

On the afternoon of October 25, the People's Committee of Long Xuyen Ward (An Giang) initially informed about the incident involving a teacher suspected of luring students into a boarding house, which has caused a stir on social networks in recent days.

In recent days, a video clip has been circulating on social media recording the image of a man in a white shirt, believed to be a teacher, being held by local people and police in front of a motel, then being taken away by police.

Many accounts shared and commented that this person lured students to motels, causing the incident to quickly attract many views and shares, creating many different opinions.

Image of teacher T was recorded by people and posted on social networks.

Through initial verification by the authorities, Mr. HTT (born in 2003) is a guest teacher at Chuong Binh Le High School (a non-public school and not under the management of Long Xuyen ward).

On October 23, Mr. T and student M (an 11th grade student from another school, not a student at Chuong Binh Le High School) went to a motel in Long Xuyen ward to drink alcohol. Later, the family discovered and reported to the police.

Currently, relevant authorities are coordinating to resolve the case in accordance with the law.
