Authorities are handling the case of a teacher entering a motel to drink alcohol with students from another school.

On the afternoon of October 25, the People's Committee of Long Xuyen Ward (An Giang) initially informed about the incident involving a teacher suspected of luring students into a boarding house, which has caused a stir on social networks in recent days.

In recent days, a video clip has been circulating on social media showing a man in a white shirt, allegedly a teacher, being detained by citizens and law enforcement in front of a guesthouse, and then being taken away by the authorities.

Many accounts shared and commented, alleging that this person lured students into motels, causing the incident to quickly attract many views and shares, generating diverse opinions.

According to initial verification by the authorities, Mr. HTT (born in 2003) is a visiting teacher at Chuong Binh Le High School (a private school not under the management of Long Xuyen ward).

On October 23rd, Mr. T and Ms. M (a 11th-grade student from another school, not a student of Chuong Binh Le High School) went to a guesthouse in Long Xuyen ward to drink alcohol. Afterwards, the family discovered them and reported it to the police.

Currently, relevant authorities are coordinating to resolve the case in accordance with the law.
