- From January 1995 to March 2004: Inspector, General Department, Administrative and Career Inspection Department, Basic Construction Inspection Department under the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance.

- From April 2004 to September 2009: Deputy Head of Department, Head of Office of the Ministry, Secretary assisting the leaders of the Ministry of Finance.

- From October 2009 to September 2011: Deputy Director of the Department of Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance.
