Dai Quang Minh proposed to build a road across Ma Da bridge under BT form.

Dai Quang Minh Company proposed the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to allow research on the project of a connecting route from Dong Xoai to Ring Road 4, Ho Chi Minh City via Ma Da bridge, under the form of a BT contract.

Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Truong Hai - Thaco Group) has just sent a document to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province proposing to prepare a research dossier for the investment project to build a connecting road from Dong Xoai to Ring Road 4, Ho Chi Minh City via Provincial Road DT 753 - Ma Da Bridge, under the public-private partnership method, BT contract form.

In the document, Dai Quang Minh Company said that it has researched and surveyed the connecting route from Dong Xoai to Ho Chi Minh City's Ring Road 4 via provincial road DT 753 - Ma Da bridge - the route connecting Ma Da bridge to Ring Road 4 under the public-private partnership method (BT contract form).

The route runs through Dong Nai Cultural and Natural Reserve.

After survey, Dai Quang Minh Company proposed to divide the Project into 3 component projects.

Component project 1.1, construction of an overpass through Dong Nai Nature - Culture Reserve with a length of 13 km, overpass height of 6-8 m.

The preliminary total investment of this component project is estimated at 11,189 billion VND. For component project 1.1, Dai Quang Minh proposed to invest under the public-private partnership (PPP) method, BT (build-transfer) contract form, payment by land funds or budget capital.

After completing Component Project 1.1 in combination with the Ma Da Bridge being invested in, it will help open the route from Dong Xoai to provincial road DT 761.

For Component Project 1.2, invest in a connecting road from the Dong Nai Nature - Cultural Reserve overpass to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 with a length of 31.5 km.

The total investment for this component project is 10,144 billion VND, proposed to be invested from the State budget.

As for Component Project 1.3, upgrading and expanding Provincial Road DT 753, the 16.7 km long section from Dong Phu - Binh Duong to Ma Da Bridge, with an investment capital of VND 1,323 billion , is proposed to be invested from the state budget.

According to Dai Quang Minh Company, the project to build a connecting route from Dong Xoai to Ring Road 4 via Provincial Road DT.753 - Ma Da Bridge and the route connecting Ma Da Bridge to Ring Road 4 of Ho Chi Minh City, after completion, will shorten the distance by about 13 km, compared to the current routes.

Furthermore, when invested, this route will mainly go through Dong Nai Nature and Culture Reserve, with few intersections, ensuring smooth and safe traffic, reducing travel time to 1-1.5 hours compared to present.

The Project investment will strengthen the connection between industrial parks in Binh Phuoc (old) such as Dong Phu, Bac Dong Phu with the Central Highlands provinces and the Southeast provinces to connect to Long Thanh Airport and Cai Mep - Thi Vai deep-water port.

Once completed, the project will also promote the development of Ma Da forest ecotourism, connecting with Cat Tien National Park...

Dai Quang Minh Company commits that, upon approval, the enterprise will prepare documents, carry out legal procedures in accordance with legal regulations and bear all costs and risks in case the proposal is not approved.
