On October 10, Dong Nai Province Tourism Association held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

Dong Nai Tourism Association was formed on the basis of merging two tourism associations of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces (old).

Attending the congress were representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the Vietnam Tourism Association, leaders and former leaders of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces, and the tourism and travel business community...

The Executive Committee of Dong Nai Province Tourism Association, term 2025 - 2030, has 31 members, including the chairman and 10 vice chairmen.

Mr. Pham Huong Son (42 years old) was elected as Chairman of Dong Nai Province Tourism Association, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Son is also currently Chairman of Truong Tuoi Dong Nai Football Club.

During this term, the Dong Nai Tourism Association will focus on key tasks such as: promoting and advertising Dong Nai tourism to domestic and international markets; organizing activities to connect and link tourism regions and develop typical local tourism products...

Speaking at the congress, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that Dong Nai Provincial Tourism Association is one of the members of Vietnam Tourism Association to organize the congress earliest in the new context.

The success of the congress will open a new page for the province's tourism development.

"Along with 33 other members of the Vietnam Tourism Association, I hope that the Dong Nai Tourism Association will be a common home, acting as a representative of the business community, organizations and individuals operating in the tourism sector, protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of members and being a bridge between businesses and state agencies," said Mr. Duc.

According to Mr. Duc, Dong Nai tourism industry aims to attract about 5.2 million visitors, with revenue reaching over VND4,000 billion by 2025 and over 11 million visitors, with revenue reaching nearly VND12,000 billion by 2030. Thereby, contributing to the overall economic development of the province.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province requested the association to urgently build and stabilize its organizational structure to start operating immediately after the congress, mobilize members to fully fulfill their obligations to the State, strictly comply with the provisions of the law on tourism, labor, resource management, and environmental protection.

Members of the association need to strengthen links, cooperation, and form value chains of high-quality tourism services to develop together. Promote the application of scientific and technological advances in business activities, build brands to improve the quality of tourism products to be competitive in the market...
