Captain and singer Luong Nguyet Anh was honored to receive two Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of National Defense.

Captain and singer Luong Nguyet Anh has just received two certificates of merit from the Ministry of National Defense for her outstanding achievements in artistic activities on the occasion of the April 30 anniversary.

The two Certificates of Merit that Luong Nguyet Anh was just awarded by the Ministry of National Defense are: "For outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification" and "For outstanding achievements in work from 2023-2024, contributing to the cause of building the army, strengthening national defense and protecting the Fatherland".

Previously, in January, Luong Nguyet Anh was also honored by the Ministry of National Defense for her outstanding achievements in activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day.

Luong Nguyet Anh is currently a vocal lecturer at the Military University of Culture and Arts.

As an artist, Luong Nguyet Anh also has the spirit of a soldier, always giving her all on the artistic "front". On her career path, Luong Nguyet Anh always strives to balance between training and music development.

In 2024, she won the Gold Medal at the National Music Festival with the song “Thuong nguoi linh dao Truong Sa” – a work composed by herself, written with lingering emotions after a business trip to the sacred archipelago of the Fatherland. Also in this year, she was honored as an excellent lecturer, continuing to prove her perseverance in botheducation and art.

During the first half of 2025, Luong Nguyet Anh focused on training and participating in important national events. From now until the end of the year, Luong Nguyet Anh said she will return with a series of long-cherished music projects - as a thank you to the audience who have always accompanied and waited.

In the field of singing, Luong Nguyet Anh is known as a multi-talented female artist who can both sing and compose. In particular, Luong Nguyet Anh is quite diverse in music, she not only sings folk songs from three regions, but also performs well in chamber music, folk melodies of Cheo, Quan Ho, Xam... In 2021, Luong Nguyet Anh won the third prize for female solo with the performance "Co Doi Thuong Ngan" at Army Games 2021.

Sharing about upcoming projects, Luong Nguyet Anh said she will continue to develop her strengths with folk music style - songs that carry love for the homeland, gentle and deep love between couples. For her, music is not only for performing, but also a messenger connecting souls, conveying humane messages and nurturing sacred feelings for the country and the Vietnamese people.
