Dak Lak prepares housing and transportation for officials when merging provinces

In order to promptly deploy the project of rearranging and reorganizing provincial-level administrative units according to the Central's direction and ensuring regulations, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document requesting Party committees and organizations at all levels; agencies and units to urgently and proactively coordinate with departments, branches, sectors; relevant agencies and units of the province to arrange, merge and deploy the plan to rearrange the apparatus by sector when rearranging provincial-level administrative units.

Specifically, specialized agencies advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council to develop plans: Plans and roadmaps for arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus of agencies and organizations after the arrangement of administrative units; plans and roadmaps for arranging and assigning cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers after the arrangement of administrative units (Specify the number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, 2 current workers, expected to be arranged; surplus number); plans and roadmaps for resolving the regime and policies for streamlining the payroll of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers after the arrangement of administrative units.

At the same time, prepare plans to arrange working conditions, facilities, repair, renovate and upgrade working offices; arrange official housing and means of transportation (from the old province to the new administrative - political center) for the staff, civil servants, public employees and workers of the administrative units to stabilize working conditions at the new administrative units after the arrangement...

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province to preside over and coordinate with the province's socio-political organizations, relevant agencies, organizations and units to develop a plan to merge the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of Dak Lak province and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province to arrange and merge.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presides over and coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to arrange, merge and develop a plan to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's advisory boards and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee. The agencies and units assigned the above tasks are responsible for completing the above plans and sending them to the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis and consultation before April 15, 2025.
