Because this section of National Highway 1A is deeply flooded, people and vehicles cannot pass, the police force has set up a blockade and guided vehicles to move in the direction of National Highway 1D to ensure safety, avoid traffic jams and incidents.

At the same time, the authorities are continuing to assist people in evacuating from flooded areas, especially households with elderly people, children and families in difficulty. The police agency recommends that people proactively monitor information, limit travel to deep water areas, and immediately contact local authorities when in need of emergency assistance.

Also on the evening of November 18, Dak Lak Provincial Police and local authorities completed rescue work in two flooded areas in Yang Hanh village, Yang Mao commune. Rescue forces reached and brought 180 people out of danger; and delivered food to 26 isolated households waiting for the water to recede.
