Dak Nong surveys satisfaction level of public services and public service performance

The purpose of the survey is to continue to grasp the requirements and expectations of organizations and citizens regarding the provision of public administrative services and the performance of public duties by civil servants and public employees of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The survey subjects are organizations and individuals who submit documents related to provincial-level administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. The survey content includes: the performance of public duties by civil servants and public employees; contents related to administrative procedures, time to process documents, and online submission of documents.

The survey period starts from August 10, 2023 to October 10, 2023.

Through surveys of organizations and citizens, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will have a comprehensive and objective view, thereby taking measures to improve the quality of public administrative services and enhance the responsibility and service attitude of civil servants and public employees.
