Thanh Thuy Tourism Week - Autumn 2024 is held from August 31 to September 4 with the theme "Returning to the green water area". This year, in the series of events of Thanh Thuy Tourism Week - Autumn 2024, there will also be an important event, which is the meeting to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the District's Re-establishment; to celebrate National Day September 2. This is one of the important political , economic and cultural events, aiming to introduce and promote the image of the district and stimulate and attract tourists to Thanh Thuy.

As a unit directly responsible for power supply in the area, and at the same time deeply aware of the importance of cultural and festival activities, since the beginning of 2024, Thanh Thuy Power has deployed many solutions to ensure power supply for each area in the area, especially key areas. The main groups of solutions are investing in upgrading the power grid, periodic maintenance, regular load measurement, load monitoring to promptly detect areas with growing loads, ensuring appropriate capacity to avoid overloading and interrupting power supply.

The Electricity Company also proactively contacts local authorities, grasps the time and location of important events to develop appropriate power supply plans, and requests event organizers to rent backup generators if necessary. In addition, the Electricity Company also coordinates with local authorities to strengthen security measures for electrical works, propagates prevention and strictly handles violations of power grid corridors; carries out fire and explosion prevention and safety protection work in key political, economic and social areas. Coordinates with local authorities to ensure electrical safety in public places, residential areas, entertainment areas and festival areas.

Comrade Dinh Trung Thanh - Deputy Director of Thanh Thuy Electricity said: "To be ready to ensure safe power supply, the Electricity has directly worked with the Organizing Committee of the Tourism Week and related units to determine the demand for electricity at event venues, tourist and resort areas, coordinated to check the electrical system, accommodation of tourists and participants; coordinated with the event organizing unit to have backup generators ready to provide timely support when necessary, and at the same time fully prepare human resources, materials, spare equipment, fuel, communication systems and means of transport, ready to quickly handle damage and incidents to restore power as soon as possible in case of an incident".

In addition, the unit has focused on strengthening the power grid, increasing inspection and cleaning of the corridor, cleaning insulation with high pressure water, using thermal cameras to check and measure contact temperatures at joints, and speeding up the construction progress of investment projects to prevent overload.

Since the beginning of the year, the unit has carried out high-pressure water cleaning of 14 medium-voltage grid locations, 51 distribution transformer stations; cleared 8 corridors, and converted and increased the capacity of 08 distribution transformers. In particular, in July 2024, the Thanh Thuy 11-250 kVA transformer station was completed to ensure increased power supply to the festival area.

With the initiative and flexibility in preparation and implementation according to the proposed plan, Thanh Thuy Power Company is ready to provide safe and stable electricity, well serving cultural and tourism activities, contributing to creating a good impression with tourists when visiting and experiencing tourist attractions in Thanh Thuy district.
