Ha Bac Fertilizer successfully organized the 2025 Customer Conference

Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2025 Customer Conference and Gala Night with the theme "Joining hands - Creating value".

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Party Secretary, General Director of Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company, summarized the production and business situation in 2025. The fertilizer industry continues to be affected by political factors, conflicts, strong price fluctuations and fierce competition from imported goods. In particular, extreme weather with super storms causing heavy rain and prolonged floods has negatively impacted agriculture as well as the fertilizer and chemical industry.

For the Company, 2025 will be a year of many challenges as the production line operates at high load for a long time, leading to the risk of incidents, having to stop the machine many times, sometimes during the crop season, greatly affecting the consumption market and business efficiency. In that context, Dam Ha Bac is still determined to achieve the goal: Quickly fix incidents, stabilize production, maintain quality and ensure a stable supply to the market.

Thanks to the spirit of solidarity and efforts to overcome difficulties of the staff and the support of the customer - partner system, the Company has brought the operating line back to stability, achieving some remarkable results in the first 10 months of the year: Converted urea consumption output: 298,146 tons; total revenue: 3,221 billion VND. More importantly, the Company continues to maintain the brand name Dam Ha Bac, a traditional brand associated with millions of farmers, while gradually affirming its position in the industrial urea and auxiliary chemical segment.

After 65 years of construction and development, Dam Ha Bac always considers customers as the center, the most important companion. Each bag of fertilizer delivered to farmers is the crystallization of labor, intelligence, technology and the responsibility and trust that the Company entrusts, because the success of customers is also the success of Dam Ha Bac.
